Cancellation Policy
- 50% of the package cost if cancelled before 30 days of the arrival.
- 75% of the package cost if cancelled within 20-29 days of the arrival.
- 100% of the package cost if cancelled within 19 days of the arrival.
Child Policy
- Child below 6 years will be accommodated free of cost and child above 6 years will be charged as per the plan of the policy.
Special Note
- Since we are located on a hill, the rooms are located 30-40 m down the road level, the way to the homestay is through some stairs(downhill) .Therefore we kindly request the guests to contact the property if there’s any person who has any kind of health issue and have a problem walking or if there are any old aged guests.
- There isn’t any wheel chair facility available as it is not possible to take the wheel chair down from the road to the homestay. Kindly check the pictures for clarity.
Arrival & Departure Policy
- Check-In 12:00 PM: Early arrival is subject to availability and the property has to be contacted beforehand.
- For guaranteed early check-In, reservation has to be made Check-Out 10:30 AM Late Check-Out is not chargeable.
Buffet
- In case there’s a buffet at Mohan’s Binsar Retreat (50 m walk) meals are available on a chargeable basis –
- Vegetarian Meal - INR 450 Per Person (Exclusive of all taxes)
- Non-Vegetarian Meal - INR 550 Per Person (Exclusive of all taxes)
